General Qualifications
The general qualifications for every applicant to be eligible to work as an employee at Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia are as follows:
- Must be a citizen of Indonesia.
- Maximum age of 56 (fifty-six) years at the time of application.
- Must not have been convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for a period of 2 (two) years or more.
- Must not have been honorably dismissed or discharged due to misconduct from civil service, Indonesian Armed Forces, Indonesian National Police, or other government agencies.
- Must not be a member or administrator of a political party or involved in practical politics.
- Must be physically and mentally fit for the position applied for.
- Must not consume or use narcotics, psychotropics, or other addictive substances.

Required Documents
To ensure your application runs smoothly, please make sure you have prepared the following documents in their e-form (softcopy):
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Copy of National Identification Card (KTP).
- The legalized degree of prior education and Academic Transcripts.
- English/Arabic Proficiency Certificate (TOEFL, TOAFL or IELTS, the test is taken at least 2 years prior maximum, for relevant positions)
- A 4 x 6 cm Passport Photo with a bright background.
