Depok — The Center for Quality Assurance (CQA) of Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) organized a socialization session on the implementation of the Lecturer Workload (BKD) for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year. The event was held to strengthen lecturers’ understanding of the latest BKD policies and reporting mechanisms while promoting effective planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of academic performance in line with the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
The event commenced with opening remarks by R. Alpha Amirrachman, Ph.D., Head of the Center for Quality Assurance (CQA). In his address, he emphasized that the socialization represented more than a technical briefing on BKD reporting. It also introduced a new approach to lecturer performance management following the latest policies issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology.
He explained that lecturer performance management now begins with the preparation of the Lecturer Work Plan (Rencana Kerja Dosen/RKD) at the beginning of each semester. As a result, lecturer performance is no longer assessed solely based on end-of-semester achievements but also on the consistency between the planned work and the implementation of the Tri Dharma activities. He further highlighted that the revised BKD assessment system adopts only two evaluation outcomes Compliant (Memenuhi) and Not Compliant (Tidak Memenuhi) which directly influence lecturer certification allowances, academic career development, and institutional quality assurance. Therefore, lecturers are encouraged to systematically plan, implement, and document every academic activity as part of UIII’s Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI).
The socialization was attended by lecturers and professors from all faculties and study programs across UIII. It aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of BKD implementation in accordance with the latest ministerial regulations, as well as its administration through the SISTER (Integrated Resource Information System) platform.
During the session, participants received detailed presentations covering the implementation guidelines for BKD, the scope of Tri Dharma activities, the preparation of the Lecturer Performance Report (LKD), the assessment mechanism conducted by BKD assessors, the introduction of the Lecturer Work Plan (RKD), and the implementation timeline for the Even Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026.

The program also featured an interactive discussion and question-and-answer session, providing participants with an opportunity to address practical challenges related to documenting Tri Dharma activities and utilizing the SISTER application. Through direct engagement with the speakers, lecturers gained clarification on technical procedures and shared best practices to ensure accurate and compliant BKD reporting.
Through this initiative, the Quality Assurance Center reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening academic governance and supporting lecturers in fulfilling their professional responsibilities. By promoting timely, accurate, and accountable BKD reporting, the Center continues to advance the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), foster a culture of quality, and contribute to the continuous improvement of education, research, and community engagement at UIII.
