Jakarta, August 10, 2024 — In the final push towards securing its institutional accreditation, Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) convened its fourth University Accreditation Workshop. The event, held at the Harris Vertu Hotel in Central Jakarta, from August 9 to 11, 2024, was a concerted effort to fine-tune the university’s preparations ahead of the looming deadline.
Led by Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Dr. Phil. Syafiq Hasyim, the workshop assembled the university’s top brass, including the Head of UIII’s Quality Assurance Office, Suparto, Ph.D. The gathering was more than just a routine meeting — it was a critical juncture in UIII’s bid to secure its status as a recognized institution of higher learning.
“It is crucial for us to work hard as we are now entering a vital phase of our accreditation process,” Dr. Syafiq urged, setting the tone for a weekend of intensive data verification and final adjustments.
The workshop underscored the university’s collective resolve to meet the rigorous standards required for accreditation, with every detail scrutinized in pursuit of excellence.
As the workshop drew to a close, the air was thick with a sense of purpose and urgency. For UIII, this is not just about meeting a deadline—it’s about affirming its place in the upper echelons of Indonesia’s academic institutions.
