DEPOK - On Wednesday, July 31, 2024, UIII had the honor of welcoming Prof. Muh. Faishal Ibrahim, Minister of State, Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of National Development, along with a delegation of five members. The visit took place at the Rector Meeting Room in the UIII Rectorate Building.
The Singaporean delegation was given a comprehensive tour of the campus, including visits to the campus mosque and the main library. Impressed by the facilities, Prof. Ibrahim remarked, "This is a very nice library."

During the visit, Prof. Ibrahim emphasized the importance of peace and harmony, especially in the Southeast Asian region. He noted that peaceful cooperation between countries is crucial for future development. "What UIII has done is quite promising," he said, acknowledging the university's efforts in fostering such cooperation.

Prof. Ibrahim also highlighted the potential for UIII to become a preferred destination for future studies. He expressed his interest in developing collaborations and promised to consider encouraging students from Singapore to study at UIII.
