UIII Collaborates with GLV to Provide Housings for UIII Community

The management of Green Lake View (GLV) Apartment in Depok, West Java, organized an Iftar gathering on April 6, 2023, to announce its collaboration with Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) to provide housing for the UIII communities.
The attendees, including UIII students, and employees enjoyed free entrance to the apartment’s waterpark facility, whilst were also given a trial of its shuttle bus services from UIII to the Iftar location.
During the event, Mr. Tonni Sitohang, a representative of GLV management, provided details about the partnership, accommodation options, and exclusive discounts.
In regard to the collaboration, Mr. Sitohang said that Green Lake View had discussed the partnership with UIII top officials, including the Rector. He claimed that they have made a deal that GLV will contribute to providing housing options for students, staff members, or lecturers of UIII.
As a benefit, the management offered special discounts for UIII members.
“GLV has partnered with Bank Syariah Indonesia to offer special bonuses [for UIII members], which make the price even lower. This partnership has allowed GLV to offer rooms and apartments at more affordable rates than others in the area. UIII members can choose to buy or rent these rooms and apartments. [Also] GLV provides free transportation and shuttle services for UIII members starting from 7:30 am every day," Mr. Sitohang explained.
In terms of safety and security, Mr. Sitohang listed the measures taken by GLV to ensure a safe and secure environment for UIII members.
“GLV has implemented several measures such as the presence of special Indonesian police, access cards, and CCTV cameras. In case of a loss or theft, students can [always] request assistance from the security guards who can review the CCTV footage to help retrieve the lost items,” Mr. Sitohang said.
Mr. Sitohang also said UIII members are welcome to visit GLV for a free guided tour at any time, allowing them to explore the accommodation options and the amenities available at the facility.
He also mentioned that the cooperation agreement between UIII and PT Depok Cipta Sejati (PT DCS), the company behind GLV, is valid until December 31, 2023, and can be extended by mutual agreement.
Green Lake View Apartment is located 2.2km away from the UIII campus, with only a five-minute drive.
