Lukman Hakim

About Me
Dr. Lukman Nul Hakim is currently a researcher at the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). He is also an adjunct lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology and Humanities University of Indonesia and a tutor at the Faculty of Social Science Open University in Jakarta. Teaching and research have always been his passion because both follow his motto, “to be beneficial for others.” He did a bachelor's degree in the Psychology Faculty University of Indonesia. His paper was in the field of Psychology of Education; the title was “The Effectivity of The Method of Keyword 16 Imagery Subject Generated vs. Experimenter Provided on long term memory ability in memorizing Dutch Words.” He completed a master's degree from the University of Jamia Millia Islamia New Delhi in India. His master thesis was “Achievement Motivation, Creativity and Academic Achievement: A Comparative Study of Different Nationals.” He finished his doctoral degree at the University of Indonesia with a dissertation topic: "Effect of Conscientiousness, Extraversion, and Competition on Group Decision Making.” He has also joined several pieces of training that are beneficial for lecturers, such as training for curriculum design, training for the trainer, and training to teach in the pandemic era.
