Young but Outstanding: UIII Secures “Very Good” Accreditation

Depok, 29 August 2025 — Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII), a young institution founded less than a decade ago, has officially secured a “Very Good” (Baik Sekali) accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT).

The decision, outlined in the decree No. 2558/SK/BAN-PT/Ak/PT/VIII/2025, grants UIII the status of Baik Sekali with a score of 316. The accreditation is valid for five years, from August 13, 2025, until August 13, 2030.

This recognition marks a significant milestone for UIII, which has rapidly positioned itself as a global hub for Islamic higher education since its establishment. The “Very Good” rating affirms the university’s progress in academic quality, research capacity, institutional governance, and community engagement.

For UIII, this achievement is more than just an institutional accolade. It represents a validation of its vision to bridge Islamic scholarship with global knowledge networks, while ensuring academic excellence that meets both national and international standards.
