The Jusuf Kalla (JK) Library of Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) has officially achieved the highest accreditation rating—A (Excellent)—from the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia. The result was determined during the National Library Accreditation Plenary Meeting on 12 September 2025 and confirmed in the official letter dated 16 September 2025.

The certification recognizes the library’s compliance with national standards and will remain valid for five years. Reacting to the news, Director of the Jusuf Kalla Library Assoc. Prof. Syafiq Hasyim expressed his gratitude and hope for broader institutional progress.

“Finally, JK Library has been officially evaluated as Excellent—an A. This accreditation was assessed based on nine criteria of the national library accreditation. Now we have one directorate at UIII with excellent status. I hope our academic programs will soon follow and achieve excellence as well. Thank you to all parties for the continuous support: the Rector and his team, our librarians, and the JK Library’s innovation program contributors,” he said.

The achievement marks a significant milestone for UIII’s institutional development, reinforcing the university’s commitment to high-quality academic support, research advancement, and innovative learning services.
