UIII Reinforces Integrity Zone Values Among Frontline Staff and Security

By Achmad Jatnika

DEPOK – The Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) continues to socialize the Integrity Zone (Zona Integritas) framework across all levels of its staff. In a recent session, the university invited support staff, cleaning service representatives, and security personnel to deepen their understanding of this institutional commitment.

The initiative aims to ensure that every individual within the UIII environment is aligned with the standards of transparency, accountability, and excellent service.

During the session, Diana Fitri Dahli, Secretary of the Internal Audit of UIII, emphasized that the service area must be thoroughly understood by all field staff. She highlighted that cleaning service representatives and security personnel are often the first point of contact for anyone entering the campus.

”These staff members are the ones who directly interact with guests and external parties visiting UIII. Therefore, they must know the ins and outs of the campus, including specialized facilities such as disability-accessible rooms and other essential services,” Diana explained.

Ricky, the Security Coordinator, shared that his team has already been implementing high standards of service. He noted that the security personnel are dedicated to guiding visitors and providing the best possible assistance to both guests and university leadership.

”We have been striving to provide the best service and direction for all visitors. We hope to continue consistent, high-quality service to ensure everyone feels welcomed at UIII,” Ricky stated.

To achieve the official “Integrity Zone” designation—a prestigious status for institutions committed to corruption-free practices and high-quality public service—UIII recognizes that every staff member plays a vital role.

By empowering frontline workers with comprehensive campus knowledge and a service-oriented mindset, UIII is taking a significant step toward building a professional and inclusive academic environment.
