UIII Holds Academic Discussion with Palestinian Scholar from An-Najah National University

As part of the visit of the Palestinian Ambassador to Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII), Palestinian scholar, Dr. Sanaa Alsarghali, Associate Professor of Constitutional law, UNESCO chair holder on Human Rights, An-Najah National University, Nablus, West Bank, Palestine, took part in discussions on potential academic collaboration between Palestinian institutions and UIII.

The discussions focused on potential cooperation in joint research, guest lectures, academic exchange, and knowledge sharing. Dr. Sanaa highlighted the strengths of Palestinian institutions despite challenges, saying, “There is strong potential for cooperation between UIII and palestinian universities, especially through joint research and academic exchange.”

UIII Rector, Prof. Jamhari welcomed the visit and engaged directly with Sanaa on possible areas of cooperation. He noted, “Collaboration with Palestinian scholars is important for expanding academic perspectives and strengthening international dialogue on our campus.”

The meeting highlighted opportunities for future cooperation between UIII and Palestinian institutions. It also aims to give students and faculty access to international academic networks and collaboration.
