1. Disembarkation and Immigration
After landing, international passengers deboard the aircraft and are directed through airbridges or tunnels into the main terminal building. Clear signage in Bahasa Indonesia and English leads passengers toward the immigration hall, which is located directly along the arrival route.
At immigration, passengers must present their passport, visa or e-visa (if applicable), and completed arrival card. There are both manned counters and automated gates; the latter are accessible for certain e-visa or visa-on-arrival holders. The process usually takes 10–30 minutes depending on traffic.
2. Baggage Claim
Once immigration is cleared, passengers are routed down to the baggage claim area via
escalators. Each baggage carousel is digitally labeled with the arriving flight number. Luggage carts are freely available in this area, and airport staff are stationed nearby for assistance.
3. Customs Checkpoint
After collecting their luggage, passengers proceed toward customs. There are two lanes

5. Skytrain Access (Terminal Transfers)
The Skytrain (Kalayang) station is located on the second floor of Terminal 3. Escalators and
elevators connect the Arrival Hall to this level. The Skytrain is free and connects Terminals 1, 2, and 3 with Airport Station. It’s useful for passengers with domestic connections or needing access to other terminals.
