DEPOK — The Ministry of Religious Affairs officially handed over a building asset to the Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) on Thursday, June 4, 2026. The asset transfer was formalized through the signing of the Minutes of Handover (BAST)
Signing on behalf of their respective institutions, Director General of Islamic Education Education Prof. Dr. H. Suyitno, M.Ag. and UIII Rector Prof. Jamhari, formalized the handover in a ceremony. The event was attened by officials from both the ministry of Religious Affairs and UIII.
Prof. Suyitno used the occasion to stress the importance of sound asset management, linking it to the grander vision begind UIII’s establishment. “We have to careful in managing it. From the start, we really wanted to have a campus under the Ministry of Religious Affairs that had international standards. And UIII was initiated to fulfill that goal.”
Receiving the assets on behalf of UIII, Prof. Jamhari conveyed his deep appreciation for the ministry’s trust and support. “Thank you Prof. Suyitno. I believe it is very much on point. We truly grateful,” he said.
Through the signing of this asset handover, UIII looks ahead to optimizing its newly acquired facilities as it continues to advance its mission of becoming a world-class center for Islamic education.
